The Stemtitute Experiment Manual App is designed to inspire young learners to conduct science experiments at home and explore science knowledge interactively. However, the client identified a gap in the original UI/UX design, as users felt the app resembled a static e-book rather than an engaging, interactive experience they would want to revisit.
To address these challenges, we proposed a gamification-focused redesign to enhance user engagement and create a more immersive experience. By reimagining the app flow, we streamlined the content delivery to ensure a smooth and intuitive navigation experience for users.
The entire interface was redesigned with playful game-inspired icons, vivid colors, and dynamic visuals that captivate young users and encourage them to explore. The use of gamified elements, such as progress tracking and interactive rewards, transformed the app into an exciting and educational tool that fosters curiosity and consistent use.
